The cost of each project is determined by the time and complexity involved. One size rarely fits all. All of our services are extremely competitive. Use the contact form to give us an idea of what your project entails. We will get back to you within 24 hours with a price range.
If your project involves a few images with minimal editing, 1 to 3 days turn around is average. If your project is complex, our team will create a timeline and project completion date.
Payment can be sent by Credit card, Stripe, Amazon Pay, Paypal, Skrill, ACH, Transferwise, and bank wire. Other options are available. Contact Larisa Web for more information.
The Larisa Web team is located in Ukraine. Most of our projects are in-house. However, we often utilize the services of IT professionals, editors, designers, SEO professionals outside our organization. Additional creators, editors along with additional staff work in various locations including California, USA. This is done to facilitate the timely completion of various projects.
Files can be sent by Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Jumpshare or a cloud storage service of your choosing. Large files must be compressed in a ZIP file. Other options are available.
Yes! We use Trello as our content management system. A content management system allows both the team members and client to communicate updates in a timely manner. Larisa Web is located in Nikolaev Ukraine. Time difference varies depending on the country a client is located in. Updating daily is required for all large projects. Clients always have access to the updates.
Depending on a projects complexity and time frame, payments vary. Small projects are often paid for after completion and approval by the client. Large projects are funded in a number of ways that are agreed to by Larisa Web and the client.
A Larisa Web watermark is placed on all project content prior to approval and payment. Once approval is acknowledged and payment is received, content is uploaded without the watermark for a clients immediate download.
Yes! We utilize Meet, Zoom, Skype and a host of other services available. Phone calls are also accepted with Ukraine and California, USA numbers. Please be aware of the time difference between your country, California and Ukraine. Contact Larisa Web for numbers or give us yours along with a good time to call you.
Yes, our team at Larisa Web has been creating various forms of content for well over a decade. There are many more.
The simple answer is yes in some rare cases. Satisfaction is always guaranteed! Because we are creating digital content, we cannot issue a refund after 24 hours. That said, once a project is approved by the client and payment is made, the content will be available for download by the client for up to 7 days. The client must download the content before the 7 day time limit unless other arrangements are made. If there is a problem of any kind, ie, file ext, size, compressed format, Larisa Web will review the project and make a determination regarding the original request by the client. The client has 24 hours to contact Larisa Web if the completed project was not created as agreed. Be aware that client changes while a project is in progress can result in additional charges.
